We are seeking a capable Warehouse Associate to help with daily inventory management tasks. You’ll keep our inventory organized, get orders ready for shipment, prepare invoices, check packages for any damage and report your findings to the Parts Inventory Manager, and make sure our warehouse space remains clean. Job seekers should be hardworking team players who take pride in a job done right. If you’re not a fan of desk work and like flexible hours, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in daily inventory management tasks
  • Pull, package and process stock to prepare shipping orders on time
  • Receive new inventory and keep it organized
  • Ensure the workplace is clean and orderly while complying with all safety regulations
  • Write and confirm customer invoices are correct to ensure clients are satisfied with their order
  • Check products for any defects or damages, document any that you find, and let the manager know

Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse/forklift experience is a plus
  • Candidates must have superior time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds or more
  • Some familiarity using warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks is a plus
  • Candidates with a high school education or GED desired
  • Applicants should be comfortable standing on their feet for long hours and constantly moving
