Description
We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Picker/Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in daily warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, check, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Use handheld scanners and other tools to process orders and track inventory.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and proper packaging of outbound shipments.
  • Properly pack, seal, label, and prepare shipments with correct documentation.
  • Load and unload carrier trucks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, keeping aisles and work areas clear.
  • Follow established daily schedules, working independently while maintaining efficiency.
  • Support other warehouse functions or departments as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Proven ability to safely operate a forklift (certification strongly preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook a plus.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime and flexible shifts.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment preferred.

Physical Requirements
