Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions. We're looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who will serve as a strategic advisor for Sponsored Ads-Amazon's search advertising solutions-for the largest, most complex brands on Amazon. In this role, you'll act as an extension of your customers' teams, partnering closely across all aspects of campaign management with a dedicated focus on search.

You'll spend your days diving deep into performance data to uncover trends and communicate the "why" behind results, leveraging Amazon's proprietary data to develop strategic recommendations that help advertisers reach their business goals. You'll conduct regular strategic consultations with household-name brands and their agency partners, sharing performance insights, building quarterly media plans, and providing forward-thinking guidance that influences million-dollar investment decisions.
As a trusted search advertising partner, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Retail teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation for your advertisers. You'll develop annual search advertising strategies aligned with advertiser objectives, identify growth opportunities within their search portfolios, and support high-stakes product launches with dedicated expertise during critical launch windows

You'll serve as the voice of the customer by channeling advertiser feedback to internal teams, helping shape the future of Amazon's search advertising products. If you're passionate about building strategic partnerships, translating complex data into actionable insights, and driving ambitious revenue goals through search advertising excellence, this role offers the perfect opportunity to own relationships with Amazon's most prominent advertisers.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop annual search advertising strategies and comprehensive media plans optimized for performance, serving as a strategic advisor and extension of advertiser teams with dedicated focus on Sponsored Ads growth and execution
* Dive deep into campaign performance data to evaluate KPIs, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that influence short-term and long-term search advertising strategy, educating advertisers on how to achieve greater results through data-driven recommendations
* Partner closely with advertisers and agency teams across all aspects of campaign management, conducting strategic consultations that leverage Amazon's proprietary data to align search advertising investments with business objectives and drive year-over-year revenue growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Product, Retail, and agency partners to drive incremental revenue, support new brand launches with dedicated search expertise, and serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback that influences product roadmaps and innovation
* Stay current on emerging advertising technologies and AI-powered features to provide forward-thinking strategic recommendations that position advertisers for success in the evolving search advertising landscape.
