Job description

Amazon Video Advertising operates in a dynamic, multi-sided digital advertising market with significant growth potential. Across streaming TV, mobile, and web, Amazon's Video Advertising program is uniquely positioned through our differentiated customer insights, exclusive content, and premium inventory. The Video Network team seeks a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead supply-side product strategy and build the industry's most compelling video ad network-delivering exceptional advertiser outcomes through innovative supply solutions.
As Principal Tech PM, you will establish the multi-year vision for our video supply network

You'll transform our supply landscape by identifying and onboarding premium publishers, designing differentiated supply products, and building technical capabilities that unlock superior advertiser performance. You will define supply network strategy, develop product experiences that attract and retain high-quality publishers, and create scalable roadmaps driving global supply growth. This role leads global network expansion-working cross-org and cross-region to unlock new locales and forge strategic publisher relationships.

You'll combine deep technical expertise with product vision to evaluate supply opportunities, design network capabilities that maximize inventory quality and yield, and establish our video network as the premier destination for publishers and advertisers alike.
Key job responsibilities
Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for our global video network, developing business cases and strategic priorities that drive supply growth and network differentiation
Identify and evaluate supply opportunities that unlock revenue potential, working to understand publisher needs and market gaps that our products can address
Design and execute product strategies that enable effective go-to-market approaches, including product packaging, pricing models, and sales enablement that attract and retain high-quality publishers
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, business development, and operations teams to align on product direction and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
Own product performance and business outcomes, establishing metrics that measure success, conducting regular business reviews, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on building the supply-side strategy that makes our video network the preferred choice for publishers worldwide. You might spend your morning collaborating with engineering teams to refine technical requirements for a new publisher onboarding capability, then transition to a strategic planning session with cross-regional leaders to evaluate expansion opportunities in emerging markets. You'll analyze supply performance data to identify gaps in our network, sketch out innovative product concepts that address publisher needs, and present your findings to senior leadership

Throughout the day, you'll work across sales, business development, and operations teams to align on go-to-market approaches and ensure your product roadmap balances immediate supply wins with long-term network transformation.
About the team
We're a collaborative group dedicated to building the most compelling video ad network in the industry. Our team brings together product strategists, engineers, and business leaders who share a commitment to understanding publisher needs and delivering solutions that drive mutual success. We're focused on expanding our global reach while maintaining the quality and innovation that set us apart

As part of this team, you'll work with colleagues across regions and functions who are passionate about solving complex supply-side challenges and creating products that publishers genuinely value. Together, we're shaping how video advertising evolves across streaming TV, mobile, and web environments.
