Job description

Position: Delivery Athlete (Cargo/Sprinter Van Driver)

Company: Elevated Delivery Service (Amazon DSP)

Location: Missoula, MT (In-person)

Compensation: $21.50 – $24.50/hour + Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time (Expected hours: 30–60 per week)

We are looking for high-energy Delivery Athletes to join our team in Missoula—No CDL Required. We provide the brand-new Sprinter van, the gas, the state-of-the-art tech, and a path to promotion. You just bring the hustle.

What You'll Do (The Daily Workout):

  • Deliver in Missoula: Start at our warehouse location, load pre-sorted packages, and safely navigate your route using provided technology.
  • Stay Active: Comfortably get in and out of the van throughout your shift, walk, climb stairs, and lift packages.
  • No Personal Vehicle Required: Drive our modern, air-conditioned fleet. Zero wear-and-tear or gas costs for you!

The Ideal Athlete (Requirements):

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (for fleet insurance purposes).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation and stay highly active during an 8-to-10-hour shift.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and a standard 7-year background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Available Shift Blocks:

  • Sunday – Wednesday
  • Wednesday – Saturday
  • Friday – Monday

(Shifts are generally 8–10 hours. Top performers consistently get opportunities to maximize their hours up to 60 hours/week and increase overall earnings!)
