Job description

The Amazon International Expansions organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our team. The position will be based out of Austin, TX.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. This candidate responsibilities will include admin activities (such as event planning - townhalls, promo celebrations, team lunches; seating planning)

About the team
Amazon International Expansions team is responsible for launching Amazon Consumer Stores in new geographies. Team offers excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn about the full scale of Amazon, while learning new cultures, working with multiple geographies. Every Consumer store is unique, as Amazon strives to meet the local and regional needs of the country (this includes but not limited to - language, currency, regulatory requirements, most sought out customer needs).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products & applications
- Experience managing executive level calendars
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience with end-to-end project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
