Job Description
ZipZone Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer's door on-time. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving (but not required). If you enjoy working independently and are committed to delivering quality service, we want to hear from you! *Duties* - Operate delivery vehicles including vans and box trucks to transport goods to designated locations. - Follow assigned routes while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols. - Ensure timely delivery of packages while maintaining accurate records of deliveries. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. - Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in commercial driving or as a courier is preferred. - Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). - Familiarity with logistics is a plus. - Strong route driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
