The Amazon Offline Retail team is the group responsible for training, selling, and growing brand advocacy for Amazon, Ring, Blink, and eero. The Market Trainer- Fire TV role will focus on product awareness and marketing initiatives. They are responsible for providing a best in class training experience by promoting our devices to both associates and customers at retail.

The Market Trainer must possess an internal passion for home theater product and be an evangelist for the Fire TV brand.
Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
Manage and travel to a large territory utilizing a variety of sales tools and store profiles to impact sales and brand advocacy
Drive sales and brand advocacy through store partnerships
Achieve and exceed store sales goals within Fire TV branded products
Develop professional relationships with key stakeholders i.e. district, territory and general managers
Delegate and influence to drive exceptional results in your market, including executing standard operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing feedback to store managers, regional leaders, and corporate stakeholders
Educate store associates on the value of Fire TV products
Conduct sales and training demonstration in-store and during large scale events based on program / market needs
Collect business and market insights from consumers and store associates to help impact product, feature, and channel marketing decisions
Complete daily in-store reports to document visits, including submitting digital photos
May be asked to participate in overnight travel
Be on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time
Push, pull, lift or carry items up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Must work flexible work hours including nights and weekends (ability to work 40 hours a week)

Market Trainers rely heavily on influence without authority to drive project deliverables, improve brand advocacy, and improve the customer experience at retail

They foster relationships with key decisions makers in retailer accounts including at the market and district level. They serve as the Fire TV evangelist, running group training events for sales associates on how to sell Fire TV devices and services, and participating in assisted selling activities. The Market Trainers will improve store sales and brand advocacy of Fire TV products.

Market Trainers work closely with retail partners and customers to intake insights to improve products and services and drive decisions at the corporate level. They ensure the Fire TV in-store experience and merchandising is properly implemented for Fire TV devices and services.

The Amazon Offline Retail team is responsible for selling Amazon devices into many brick and mortar retailers across the Unites States.

Market Trainers lead sales and marketing initiatives for Fire TV in retail locations. They are responsible for the in-store experience, fostering relationships, training at the store/district level, running assisted selling events, and promoting Fire TV through customer interactions. Market Trainers are focused on increasing sales and brand advocacy of Fire TV products in retail stores and educating store associates and consumers on the value of Fire TV, accessories and Amazon in general.
