Job description

The Integration Tester is responsible for validating and testing integrations across Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kinesis, Salesforce, Verint, and related AWS GovCloud services within a FedRAMP High (IL4) environment. This role ensures that real-time and post-call data pipelines, AI-driven workflows, Salesforce integrations, and operational monitoring components function reliably, securely, and according to business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Test AWS Lambda functions that orchestrate AI inference calls to Bedrock Agents, process Contact Lens transcript streams, and write structured data to Salesforce
  • Validate real-time data pipelines from Amazon Connect through Kinesis to downstream systems including Bedrock, Salesforce, Verint, and QuickSight
  • Perform integration testing for near-real-time Lambda-to-Salesforce data delivery during live calls for AI Coaching capabilities
  • Validate Salesforce Platform Events and Streaming API integrations used to push coaching prompts to agents in real time
  • Test Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce agent workspaces to ensure proper display of AI coaching prompts, compliance alerts, recommended actions, and knowledge suggestions
  • Validate Amazon Lex bot intents, slot types, and fulfillment workflows for IVR Call Taking virtual agents
  • Test post-call summarization workflows including Contact Lens transcript processing, Bedrock inference, Guardrails validation, and Salesforce case record creation
  • Verify integrations between AI-generated summaries, call metadata, quality scores, and Verint quality management systems
  • Validate CloudWatch alarms, anomaly detection configurations, operational monitoring dashboards, and alerting workflows
  • Execute integration, regression, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and test evidence documentation
  • Support infrastructure validation for CloudFormation or CDK deployments
  • Participate in DevSecOps processes including automated testing, code validation, security-focused reviews, and CAB-approved deployment verification via ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with Security Engineers to validate TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption, IAM least-privilege access controls, logging, and SIEM integration compliance
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing, integration testing, or QA engineering within AWS cloud environments
  • Experience testing serverless AWS applications including Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
  • Hands-on experience validating Amazon Connect contact flows, Amazon Lex bots, and Contact Lens integrations
  • Experience testing Salesforce integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming API, or Salesforce Connect
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) testing methodologies
  • Experience validating real-time streaming architectures using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and/or Firehose
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent
  • Experience creating and executing automated and manual test cases for distributed systems and integrations
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps testing practices
  • Knowledge of IAM policy validation, VPC networking, and AWS GovCloud security best practices
  • Experience working within FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or equivalent federal compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer
  • Experience testing AI/ML inference pipelines and Amazon Bedrock integrations
  • Prior experience supporting FedRAMP High or IL4/IL5 AWS GovCloud programs
  • Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight dashboard validation and reporting
  • Experience testing Verint workforce management or quality management integrations
  • Healthcare industry experience including HIPAA, PHI, or TRICARE environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow change management and CAB approval processes
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for APIs and cloud-native applications
