As the Site Supervisor for this activation, you'll work with GMR Leadership to represent one of the largest online retailers - Amazon! You'll be an essential part of the team, as we help facilitate the installation of graphics onto Amazon delivery vehicles! You will work alongside your team members and transport Amazon fleet (vans) to/from the premises once graphics are installed onto them. As an extension of the Field Manager, you will be the on-site point of contact for your team members, as well as on-site installers. Your on-site logistics and communication, post graphic installation auditing and nightly recaps to the Field Manager will be a pivotal part of the program.
This is a temporary position that requires full and open availability to work overnight (8:00pm -7:00am) or (5:00pm-12:00am) and on the weekends.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Oversee all on-site activity, ensure all elements are in place for nightly execution, and serve as the point of contact between the Field Manager (FM) and team on-site
  • Manage on-site communication with team members, graphic installers, vendors and Amazon via the preferred communication platform
  • Assist the FM in collecting keys from various locations where the team will be moving Amazon vehicles to/from
  • Confirm Lead Brand Ambassadors for each shift
  • Transport vans to/from install location while adhering to safety requirements
  • Return keys at the end of the shift to designated drop location as specified by your FM
  • Accurately maintain completion reports and audits of program activity to update FM at the end of each shift
  • Have an active/valid driver's license
  • Other responsibilities as needed
