Job description

We’re looking for an Ad Ops Strategist to join our growing Ad Operations team. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms from trafficking and activation, through optimization and post-campaign analysis.

  • Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across multiple ad servers and DSPs (e.g., FreeWheel, CM360, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Beeswax, etc.).
  • Manage creative assets, tracking tags, and targeting parameters to ensure flawless execution.
  • Implement and validate pixels, macros, and 3rd‑party tracking integrations.
  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑launch QA to confirm campaign accuracy and proper tracking.
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance throughout campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve trafficking, delivery, or discrepancy issues with internal teams, publishers, and vendors.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and implement changes to improve KPIs (Reach and Frequency, VCR, Conversion Rate, Viewability, etc.).
  • Manage pacing and budget allocation across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Deliver post‑campaign reporting with clear insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Services teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
  • Communicate campaign performance updates, issues, and optimizations clearly and proactively.
  • Coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors, DSPs, and ad tech partners to maintain performance and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable campaign processes, QA checklists, and operational workflows.
What we look for
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic activation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with ad servers such as FreeWheel and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Trading experience within DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Beeswax, Amazon DSP, or other programmatic buying platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of trafficking, pixels/tags, VAST/VPAID creatives, and reporting metrics.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to translate technical details into clear client‑facing updates.
  • Experience with video or CTV campaign management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Knowledge of industry standards (IAB specs, ad verification, viewability, brand safety).
  • Experienced working with an offshore team, delegating work and monitoring deliverables.

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $75,000‑$85,000 (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
