Job description

Harvis, Inc. is engaged in a search for an experienced Junior Level Amazon E-Commerce Specialist for our client, M&T Displays in Wilkes-Barre, PA. M&T Displays is a multinational company and has been a leader in the display and signage industry since 1993.

The Junior Amazon Operations Specialist will support the day-to-day operations and management of our Amazon store. This role is operationally focused, not strategic, and is designed for candidates who are strong in execution, follow-up, and maintaining daily marketplace activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that listings, campaigns, stock, and account health are properly maintained, while identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Amazon Operations to include day-to-day execution, KPI monitoring, and platform performance.

· Maintain and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, backend fields) to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Track listing status, suppressed products, pricing issues, stock levels, and Buy Box status daily.

· Monitor existing campaigns (budget status, activity, visibility) and flag any issues.

· Support the setup and tracking of promotions, ensuring campaigns are correctly activated and running.

· Monitor stock levels and identify risks such as stock-outs or overstock situations.

· Track key Amazon metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, policy warnings) and escalate any risks.

· Monitor pricing and Buy Box changes and report any anomalies.

· Track reviews and complaints and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

· Maintain visibility on key numbers (sales, ads, stock, orders). Advanced analysis is not required, but basic numerical awareness is expected.

· Work closely with internal teams (content, operations, supply) to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.


Requirements:

· Maximum of 5 years experience in Amazon Advertising (PPC), including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and campaign optimization.

· Hands on experience with coupons, lightening deals, and promotional campaigns.

· Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is required; exposure to Walmart, Wayfair, and eBay is a plus.

· Knowledge of Amazon FBA workflows, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.

· Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, A+ content, and listing quality.

· High ability to track and report on daily operational metrics.

· Strong attention to detail and task follow-up discipline.

· Comfortable working with numbers and basic performance indicators.

· Structured, organized, and execution-focused mindset.

· Ability to identify issues and escalate proactively.

· Good communication skills and team collaboration.

· Consistency, attention to detail, operational discipline, and ownership of daily processes.
