Join Amazon's Selling Partner Trust team to protect and empower sellers across North America (NA) while safeguarding customers and the integrity of Amazon's store. You'll be the critical bridge between enforcement strategies and regional seller needs, ensuring compliance programs balance protection with business growth.

Drive measurable impact on key metrics: Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI), High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE), and HVLE False Positives
Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk strategies and seller experience standards across NA.
Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite, define seller experience (SX) standards, and ensure enforcement strategies balance compliance with seller advocacy.
In partnership with 3P business leaders, defining strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms to programmatically scale compliance programs across the NA stores.
Develop and implementing mechanisms to ensure business interdependencies are surfaced and incorporated into tech and product roadmaps to build holistic, long-term program strategies for NA.
Establish strong relationships with NA stakeholders to partner on shared goals and regional improvement roadmaps that minimize business disruptions for sellers and Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
The NA (US and CA) Principal Program Manager serves as the SPT bridge to the NA 3P business and policy teams, responsible for reducing seller friction, improving enforcement accuracy, and driving measurable, regional, progress against SPT Board of Director goals - specifically Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI), High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE), and HVLE False Positives. The role operates at the intersection of policy, product, and business - translating WW enforcement strategies into NA region specific execution plans that protect sellers and customers while enabling business growth. Core responsibilities include:
• Influencing cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite, define seller experience (SX) standards, and ensure enforcement strategies balance compliance with seller advocacy.
• In partnership with 3P business leaders, defining strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms to programmatically scale compliance programs across the NA stores.
• Developing and implementing mechanisms to ensure business interdependencies are surfaced and incorporated into tech and product roadmaps to build holistic, long-term program strategies for NA.
• Establishing strong relationships with NA stakeholders to partner on shared goals and regional improvement roadmaps that minimize business disruptions for sellers and Amazon.
• Scope: US and CA stores | Programs/Policies: Account Compliance (INFORM, W8-BEN, KYC), Related Accounts, Product Quality, RISC, Brand Protection (IPP), Identity Verification, Next Gen Selling.
A day in the life
You drive measurable progress on SPT Board goals (SSRI, HVLE, False Positives) by reducing seller friction and improving enforcement accuracy across NA. You translate global enforcement strategies into region-specific execution plans at the intersection of policy, product, and business. You influence cross-VP organizations to balance compliance with seller advocacy, partner with 3P leaders to scale compliance programs, and build deep NA-market expertise to minimize business disruptions while protecting customers and enabling growth.
About the team
SPT's North Star is to support and protect Seller business continuity so Sellers can confidently invest in growing with Amazon. To achieve this, we focus on three interconnected areas: Governance-ensuring enforcements are accurate, predictable, and only taken when necessary; Seller Experience-providing transparent information with efficient remediation pathways; and Support-demonstrating Amazon's commitment to Sellers when issues arise.
The global SPT team covers all Amazon stores, with each regional program manager serving as the SPT representative for their specific region. We value individual expression and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve Amazon's mission of being Earth's most customer-centric company.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- MBA
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses
- • Decisive, confident, and experienced with influencing others; proven track record of driving support for initiatives at all levels of the organization and to audiences of all sizes
- • Decision making and complex problem solving; a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to support the right decisions
- • Ability to travel internationally.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses
- project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
- Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
