ABOUT THIS ROLE
Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Manager, Logistics & Fulfillment to support daily transportation, warehouse, fulfillment, and inventory operations. This role works closely with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in supply chain or logistics who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across multiple departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse & 3PL Operations
  • Oversee B2B, DTC and Marketplace order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and returns, ensuring operational accuracy, timely execution and adherence to service-level expectations.
  • Maintain tracking and analysis of warehouse performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing quarterly business reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Lead bi-weekly reviews for the Customer Experience (CX) team to identify and resolve DTC shipping issues, drive corrective actions, improve fulfillment performance, and customer experience.
  • Support the onboarding process for new warehouse and logistics partners, coordinating cross-functional activities, establishing operational requirements, and ensuring partners are fully prepared to support business needs at launch.
  • Coordinate value-added services and kitting activities with external partners, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage Amazon FBA fulfillment by ensuring weekly inventory orders are prepared, processed,, and shipped in accordance with Amazon timelines and receiving requirements.
Order Fulfillment
  • Manage and coordinate DTC, B2B retail, and wholesale order fulfillment, ensuring orders are prioritized and executed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain weekly shipping schedules, proactively monitor order deadlines, and identify and resolve potential fulfillment delays or constraints.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to provide weekly shipment visibility, communicate risks and drive timely resolution of order issues.
  • Oversee retailer routing compliance and shipping requirements, ensuring orders meet customer specific guidelines and addressing exceptions as needed.
  • Partner with warehouse team on out-of-scope DTC projects like GWPs and mystery boxes coordinating all requirements, timelines and execution.
  • Manage Seller Central and FBA fulfillment adhering to timely order execution, inventory availability, and compliance with Amazon requirements.
Transportation & Logistics Operations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment scheduling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with warehouse, transportation and business requirements.
  • Maintain daily transportation records and shipping documentation ensuring compliance, accuracy and completeness of packing lists (PLs), bill of ladings (BOLs) and related documentation.
  • Own freight reporting and monitor carrier delivery performance through internal shipment tracking, identifying delays, trends, and opportunities to improve transportation performance.
  • Manage tracking and communication for DTC, B2B, and Marketing-requested shipments.
  • Coordinate freight transportation from our warehouse to Amazon fulfillment centers ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to Amazon shipping requirements to avoid chargebacks.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP and warehouse management systems, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
  • Coordinate cycle counts and inventory reconciliations across warehouse locations, identifying variances and driving timely resolution.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with the warehouse team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Import & Export Operations
  • Coordinate weekly shipping documentation for all domestic and international shipments.
  • Support shipment compliance by monitoring documentation requirements and partnering with internal teams and logistics providers to resolve issues and avoid delays.
  • Provide manufacturing and expiration by lot code per retail order for all international partners.
Reporting & Process Management
  • Own and maintain logistics reporting and key performance metrics, providing regular visibility into operational performance by identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee accuracy of all shipment records, invoices, and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate monthly freight invoice review and reconciliation, identifying discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues.
Process Improvement
  • Own and maintain DTC logistics processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across logistics and warehouse fulfillment operations.
  • Coordinate system testing and process documentation while partnering with IT team to drive successful implementations on monthly cadence.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and Customer Experience teams to coordinate daily operations, proactively address operational challenges and drive timely resolution of issues.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience with ERP is required, Netsuite is preferred.
  • Experience with TMS and WMS systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Amazon Fulfillment, FBA, FBM and Seller Central.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative team player.

Salary Range Opportunity:
  • The hiring range for this role is $90,000 - 105,000
Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
