What You'll Do:

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you'll start and end each day at our warehouse in District Heights, MD, loading your delivery vehicle and completing your assigned route.

  • Report to the warehouse each morning for route loadout and vehicle assignment
  • Load and unload your delivery vehicle with packages assigned to your delivery route
  • Deliver packages safely and on time to residential and commercial locations throughout the MD/VA/DC area
  • Drive a company-provided cargo van and perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and weather/road conditions
  • Use a GPS device and handheld scanner for navigation and package tracking
  • Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, with frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle (approximately 150200 times per shift)
  • Work in various weather conditions
  • Assist other drivers on the team when needed

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shifts | Full-time (40 hours/week typical)
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks + one unpaid 30-minute lunch break
  • Shifts available across a 7-day schedule; at least one weekend day required

    Delivery Driver Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Valid driver's license (minimum 4 years licensed) within the state of employment **no CDL required**
    • Clean driving record (no major violations, DUIs, or license suspensions in the past 3 years)
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Strong communication skills
    • Reliable transportation to the warehouse in District Heights, MD

    Previous experience as a delivery driver, van driver, courier, warehouse driver, or non-CDL driver is a plus but not required
