Amazon Web Services ("AWS") has been the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. This team is diverse, it builds and supports products, applications for AWS sellers, manages large scale infrastructure of 1P and 3P platforms.
The AFX (AWS Field Experience) Customer Relationship Management CRM) team, is looking for a passionate, innovative, committed, results-oriented Salesforce Developer to design, architect and build solutions, bringing industry best practices/standards, defining metrics, solving complex business problems for our field team to manage, maintain and operate at scale.
The person will be working on the latest Salesforce technologies; you will also have the opportunity to work with AWS Services to innovate in the space of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). You'll be chartered with building applications that deliver critical capabilities to the field and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do. In addition, as part of the broader AWS Sales and Marketing organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader cloud strategy for AWS and potentially future AWS products.
Key job responsibilities
• As a Salesforce Developer in SMGS-AFX group, you will architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) organization.
• You will provide solution for our CRM and native AWS tools/applications to automate, optimize, quote to cash transactional workflows, improving operational efficiency. You will simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve seller and customer experiences. you will technically lead a complex charter of building and delivering cloud services and CRM solutions. You will jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to Sellers.
• As a Salesforce Developer you will define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools, services.

Key job responsibilities
Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs
Own end-to-end design, development, security, design/development best practices, integration and deployment (CI/CD), release management, and automation regression testing
Experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns
Deliver operationally excellent features along with operational dashboards, alarms and notifications
Support cross-systems integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem, as well as other cloud technologies including AWS
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and external customers to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value
Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
