The Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) team is looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) team. This is an opportunity to work in a customer-facing, early-stage business within Amazon. We seek someone who is motivated by a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment looking to make instant impact. AWD is innovating on behalf of global sellers everywhere to power maximum supply chain optimization, cost savings, and growth for their on and off-Amazon sales channels worldwide. AWD sits at the center of Supply Chain by Amazon, a key initiative to offer Amazon's logistics solutions to sellers to help them streamline their supply chain, save cost, and grow their business by easily reaching millions of customers in marketplaces worldwide. AWD's vision is to become the global bulk storage and distribution of choice for sellers globally, by creating a best in class experience that transforms what it means for sellers to work with Amazon to become an enjoyable experience at every step of the process. Not only will managing their inventory and sales channels be easy to do, but they'll have complete confidence in their end-to-end supply chain with 360 transparency into how their products are performing, where their inventory is, and how they can save cost while growing their business exponentially. AWD will do this by building a suite of loveable experiences that power the umbrella suite of supply chain solutions under the Supply Chain by Amazon brand. As a Sr. Program Manager on the Go-To-Market team, you will own and drive the product launch process for AWD, ensuring we bring new innovations to market seamlessly and effectively across our sales, marketing, and support teams. Your responsibilities include managing the intake mechanism for product launches, crafting detailed work-back plans for each launch, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure all aspects of the launch - from sales enablement and marketing campaigns to customer support readiness - are aligned and prepared, and shepherding each launch through to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll have the opportunity to significantly impact AWD's growth by ensuring that each new product or feature is launched with maximum effectiveness, contributing directly to our mission of becoming the global bulk storage and distribution solution of choice for sellers worldwide.

  • Manage new product launch intake process, sourcing new initiatives from product and tech teams
  • Craft detailed work-back plans for each launch, outlining timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts across sales, marketing, and support teams
  • Shepherd each launch end to end, managing stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks
  • Continuously evaluate and improve GTM process, incorporating feedback and best practices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
