Under general supervision, you will work closely with financial system functional teams to gather system requirements, roles and responsibilities, and work closely with customers to model and analyze these requirements. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the customers' mission, our team, and ultimately CACI! Responsibilities: * Serves as an integral member of a small financial systems process automation team
* Documenting customer processes, developing standards, and generating project and leadership level reports
* Creating effective project communication for all audiences
* Facilitating change management
* Interpreting and translating end user use cases to requirements
* Determining technical and procedural requirements to apply automation capabilities
* Support remote process automation testing and verification
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues REQUIRED: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 0-2 years of related experience (or 4 years' experience without degree).
* Familiarity with UIPath, Blue Prism or other RPA software.
* Familiarity with RPA and/or Test Automation concepts.
* Experience with process modeling and documenting and/or designing business processes.
* Experience delivering solutions based on consistent processes, policies, and measurements
* Understanding of software development concepts and processes or experience in development of process improvement workflows
* Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently, as well as part of a team.
* Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to obtain a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) quickly. DESIRED: * Customer Service Experience.
* Active Secret Clearance
* Knowledge of graphical modeling tools such as Visio or similar, to depict process flows
* Possesses a good understanding of Air Force financial systems and business practices
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
* Experience with RPA and/or test automation concepts
* Experience with agile development and project scope management
