Delivery Driver โ€“ Amazon Routes โ€“ $24.25/Hour + $300 Hiring Bonus

Location: Tualatin, OR, United States

Eagles Routes LLC, a proud Delivery Service Partner (DSP) with Amazon, is expanding its delivery operations to DPD4 in Tualatin, Oregon. We are seeking dependable Delivery Associates to join our growing team and deliver Amazon packages across the local area.

Location: DPD4 Delivery Station, Tualatin, Oregon Previous Delivery Experience: Not required CDL: Not required

Paid training and onboarding begin before the September 29 launch.

What You Will Do

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
  • Load, organize and deliver Amazon packages
  • Complete assigned Amazon package routes
  • Follow customer delivery instructions
  • Use a company-provided smartphone for navigation and delivery information
  • Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Enter and exit the delivery van frequently throughout the shift
  • Work safely in varying weather and road conditions
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with Eagles Routes dispatchers
  • Deliver packages safely, accurately and on time
  • Provide professional and respectful customer service

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to report reliably to DPD4 in Tualatin
  • Available to work up to 10 hours per shift
  • Available to work at least one weekend day when scheduled
  • Able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willing to complete required background, motor-vehicle-record and pre-employment screening
  • Dependable, safety-minded and comfortable working independently

Full-time employees are generally scheduled four days per week. Individual schedules, route assignments and work hours may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Eagles Routes operates year-round. Continued assignment at DPD4 or another Eagles Routes operation will depend on route availability, performance and business needs.
