The Opportunity
As a Solution Architect in Bank Platform Transformation, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
- Creating robust platform architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
- Utilizing tools such as Azure API Management and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform for effective API management and integration
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and business requirements analysis to optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced performance
- Leading the development and deployment of enterprise application integration strategies
- Managing the IT project lifecycle, including project scoping and process troubleshooting
- Leveraging cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform for hybrid cloud solutions
- Engaging in business process integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
