Remote Position

What We’re Looking For
As the Paid Media Manager at Fifth & Cor, you will be part of the Marketing Solutions Team and handle the management of multiple paid media accounts including a combination of paid search, display advertising, paid social, Youtube, Google my Business, Amazon, etc. Initially, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing budgets and bids, optimizing account configurations and targeting, and client reporting. As we scale, you’ll be responsible for building the paid team and putting processes in place. You will also heavily support sales by jumping on calls and doing audits/opportunity analysis for new prospects.

What We Want You To Do

  • Plan, manage, and execute campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management while ensuring that recommendations and decisions are consistent with client objectives
  • Strong experience in Google Ads, Google My Business, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, Co-op Advertising, etc.
  • Manage all paid strategy for marketplaces (i.e., Amazon)
  • Collaborating with organic social, email, PR, SEO, and other teams to create an omnichannel experience that meets client’s objectives
  • Keeping up with trends in client’s industries to support dynamic thinking for new ideas to present
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keywords, website and category exclusions, ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing page revisions based on performance targets and client objectives.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools
  • Assist in client communications around paid knowledge, and recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to each client
  • Forecast, plan, and work towards achieving account growth objectives
  • Provide opportunity analysis and support sales efforts for all new prospective clients
  • Investigate new opportunities from a broad perspective to determine
  • Leverage data to drive personalized and contextual experiences to increase sales
  • Drive continuous improvement across KIP’s including conversion rates, traffic, ROAS, and revenue
  • Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, implementation process, and ability to explain process to clients
  • Knowledge of Google Tagging and implementation process, and ability to explain process to clients
  • Deep understanding on how to enable behavioral, demographic, and transactional segmentation to drive personalization
  • Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships as they pertain to paid media marketing channels
  • Create case studies that contribute to building Fifth & Cor’s paid media practice growth

What We Want to See

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Knowledge of Adwords Display, Search, Bing, Yahoo, Social, Retargeting, Amazon, etc.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the paid industry
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Ability to be an advanced technical/discipline leader, and manage client communication without requiring involvement from a higher up
  • Must be able to analyze paid and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by metrics
  • Ability to manage a team to execute projects in a timely manner
