Harris Jr Transporter, LLC is hiring CDL-A drivers to run regional dedicated Amazon Freight routes out of Richmond,Va. No extended time away from family, work-life balance is a must!!! Typical schedule will adhere to 4 days on/3 days off cadence.

• Compensation: Starting between $22- $26/hour based on experience/qualificationswith benefits and bonus eligibility
• Bonus Eligibility: $500 sign-on/safety/performance bonus, referral bonus, and clean DOT inspection incentive
• Schedule: Consistent weekly schedule options, including SundayWednesday or WednesdaySaturday

• Equipment: Brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors with professional driver support equipment
• Freight: 100% no-touch Amazon freight

Harris Jr. Transporter, LLC, an Amazon Freight Partner based in Richmond, Va., is hiring full-time and part-time Class A CDL drivers for dedicated Amazon freight routes.

This position is built for professional drivers who want steady work, home-next-day routes, no-touch freight, reliable dispatch support, and a company that values safety, professionalism, and respect. This is a structured Amazon freight operation not a random OTR job.

HJT, LLC is a local transportation company with the support and structure of Amazon's official freight network. To enhance our HJT, LLC drivers' onboarding and sustained experience, our commitment to driver safety and compliance is backed by our use of J. J. Keller Professional Services. Drivers operate Amazon-branded equipment while working directly for Harris Jr Transporter, LLC.

• Haul Amazon freight on dedicated regional routes
• Drive brand-new Amazon-branded sleeper tractors
• Run Solo 2 routes designed to return home the next day these are single runs and NOT team runs
• Operate 100% no-touch freight
• Work a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime when available
• Communicate with dispatch and follow Amazon Relay, DOT, yard, and safety procedures
• Help HJT, LLC deliver safe, secure, professional, and on-time service every run

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must successfully pass background and driver qualification review
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean MVR and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English as required by DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Must be able to use handheld technology, smartphone applications, GPS, and Amazon Relay
• Must be safety-minded, dependable, professional, and willing to follow dispatch, yard, DOT, and customer procedures
• 6 plus months of experience preferred

• Run safely and professionally without incident or accident
• Communicate early with the HJT, LLC dispatch
• Protect your logs, equipment, and safety record
• Follow Amazon Relay and yard procedures exactly and on time
• Respect tractors, trailers, fuel cards, technology, and company property
• Take pride in doing the job right
