Job description

Take user stories from refinement through production
Build serverless, event-driven application workflows on AWS using Lambda and Step Functions
Connect commercial off-the-shelf products into in-house system frameworks
Build internal and external API connections supporting modern system architectures
Create data and document pipelines that automate manual and paper-heavy processes
Build cloud-native, modern systems with streamlined, automated operation
Own tested code through production, including identifying and correcting defects
Automate manual processes, validations, checks, and workflows
Deploy services through pipelines
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Amazon Q Developer across the lifecycle
Adapt to changing program needs, projects, priorities, tools, and domains
Communicate work clearly with stakeholders and listen to their needs
Develop capabilities, tools, and lines of business that help launch and grow the firm

Requirements
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working-level command of Python
  • Experience with modern languages and frameworks, and with version control
  • Familiarity with cloud development on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) concepts
