Job description

Amazon Marketplace Specialist.

Rhino Mats is seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage, improve, and grow our Amazon business. This person will take ownership of our Seller Central account, product listings, advertising, inventory coordination, account health, and customer-facing content.

We manufacture a broad range of commercial, industrial, safety, salon, and anti-fatigue mats. Because many products are available in multiple sizes, colors, thicknesses, and configurations, the successful candidate must be highly organized and comfortable managing complex variation listings.

Primary Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day operation of our Amazon Seller Central account.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.

· Build and maintain accurate parent-child variation listings for different sizes, colors, thicknesses, and styles.

· Ensure product specifications, pricing, dimensions, shipping information, and inventory are accurate.

· Research keywords and improve organic search placement and product visibility.

· Create, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products and other advertising campaigns.

· Monitor advertising costs, conversion rates, sales performance, profitability, and return on ad spend.

· Identify and correct suppressed listings, stranded inventory, catalog errors, and variation problems.

· Monitor account health, policy notifications, customer feedback, returns, and performance metrics.

· Open and manage Seller Support cases until problems are resolved.

· Address unauthorized listing changes, duplicate listings, counterfeit concerns, and potential listing hijackers.

· Coordinate with our sales, production, warehouse, and management teams regarding inventory and fulfillment.

· Recommend new products, bundles, sizes, and promotional opportunities.

· Prepare clear weekly and monthly reports covering sales, advertising, profitability, inventory, and outstanding issues.

· Keep current with Amazon policies, category requirements, fees, and marketplace changes.

Required Qualifications

· At least two years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.

· Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing listings with multiple variations.

· Working knowledge of Amazon advertising, keyword research, Brand Registry, A+ Content, and account-health requirements.

· Ability to troubleshoot suppressed listings and catalog problems.

· Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, and data-entry skills.

· Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

· Ability to work independently, follow issues through to completion, and communicate clearly with management.

· Strong attention to detail and respect for product and pricing accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with industrial, commercial, safety, flooring, or other specification-driven products.

· Familiarity with both Fulfilled by Merchant and Fulfillment by Amazon.

· Experience using Amazon bulk-upload templates and inventory files.

· Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and procedures for resolving listing hijacking or unauthorized changes.

· Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is helpful.

· Basic image-editing or graphic-design experience is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will improve listing quality and search visibility, increase profitable sales, maintain accurate product information, reduce unresolved account issues, and protect the Rhino Mats brand on Amazon.

Position Details

· Full-time or part-time, depending on experience

· In-office, hybrid, or remote arrangements may be considered

· Compensation based on demonstrated Amazon experience

· Applicants should provide examples of Amazon accounts or listings they have managed and measurable results they have achieved

To apply: Please submit your résumé, examples of relevant Amazon work, and a brief explanation of how you have improved sales, profitability, or account health for a previous employer or client.
