The Opportunity

The E-Commerce Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Evolution's Amazon and Retail channels. This position is responsible for assisting with catalog management, content updates, reporting, inventory monitoring, customer experience initiatives, retailer portal maintenance, and operational issue resolution.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn multiple facets of e-commerce. This role serves as a key support resource for both the Retail and Amazon channels, helping ensure accurate execution across retailer portals and Amazon marketplaces.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail operations, digital merchandising, and channel management.


Responsibilities

Marketplace & Retail Operations Support

  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of Amazon and retail channels.
  • Assist with product setup, maintenance, and merchandising across retailer portals and marketplace platforms.
  • Help maintain accurate pricing, inventory, product content, and assortment information across all channels.
  • Support investigation and follow-up on open purchase orders, inventory discrepancies, and retailer inquiries.


Amazon Marketplace Support

  • Create and maintain product listings, variations, and catalog updates.
  • Create and monitor FBA shipments.
  • Monitor open orders and identify potential fulfillment issues.
  • Assist in creating and tracking Amazon support cases.
  • Conduct routine audits of Amazon listings to verify content accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor account health metrics and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in monitoring customer feedback, product reviews, and A-to-Z claims.
  • Support marketplace reporting and data analysis initiatives.


Customer Experience & Brand Support

  • Monitor Retail Bazaarvoice questions and reviews and coordinate timely responses with appropriate internal teams.
  • Partner with Customer Service to ensure customer inquiries and order-related issues are addressed promptly.
  • Help maintain a positive customer experience across marketplace and retail channels.
  • Escalate recurring customer concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.


Product Content & Digital Merchandising

  • Coordinate product content updates across Amazon and retail partner platforms.
  • Collect digital assets, product information, specifications, and marketing content from cross-functional teams.
  • Support digital shelf optimization efforts to improve content quality and consistency.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Assist with data gathering, reporting, and analysis for Amazon, and retail channels.
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and organization activities.
  • Maintain reporting templates and process documentation.


Process Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Document and maintain e-commerce processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist the team with project coordination and special initiatives as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience through internships, contract work, part-time employment, or full-time professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, data analysis, and data cleansing.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with retailer vendor portals and marketplace platforms.
  • Experience with inventory management, product catalog management, or digital merchandising.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or omnichannel operations.
