The Media Coordinator, Retail Media (Amazon) supports the planning, execution, and optimization of Chamberlain Group's paid retail media presence, with a primary focus on Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP). This role ensures retail media campaigns are executed effectively and in alignment with the broader media strategy and governance standards set by the Sr. Manager. This is not a hands-on-keyboard role. Instead, the Media Coordinator partners closely with Chamberlain Group's external retail media agency to provide strategic direction, review campaign execution, and ensure quality and alignment with business objectives. This role suited for someone early-to-mid career in retail media/e-commerce advertising who wants to build deep platform expertise while operating within a structured, cross-functional team.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Oversee the day-to-day execution of Amazon advertising campaigns by managing and reviewing the work of external agency partners responsible for campaign setup, creative trafficking, activation, measurement, and keyword/bid optimization* Coordinate with retail media agencies to ensure timely delivery of media plans, ensuring alignment with product launches and promotional calendars* Monitor campaign performance (unit sales, revenue, ROAS) and budget pacing, flagging issues or optimization opportunities to the Sr. Manager* Assist in the development of retail media plans and strategy, providing platform and category insights informed by data and competitive trends* Partner with the National/DTC Media Coordinator to ensure consistent processes, timelines, and reporting formats across national and retail media* Maintain organized documentation of campaign timelines, budgets, and performance for reporting and governance purposes* Support measurement and attribution efforts specific to retail media, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales impact and incrementality* Compile regular performance reports and dashboards, summarizing key retail media metrics for internal stakeholders* Partner with the National/DTC Media Coordinator to ensure consistent processes, timelines, and reporting formats across national and retail media* Support testing and optimization initiatives (keyword testing, creative testing, bid strategy testing) and help document learnings for the broader team* Monitor product listing quality, content, and retail readiness in coordination with e-commerce and creative teams to maximize advertising effectiveness* Assist with invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and vendor management processes for retail media partners* Stay current on Amazon Advertising platform updates, retail media trends, and competitive activity, sharing relevant insights with the team* Support ad hoc projects and analyses as needed by the Sr. Manager or Marketing Directors* Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams* Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field Experience* 2–4 years of experience in retail media, e-commerce advertising, or media coordination (agency or client-side) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Working knowledge of the Amazon Advertising Console (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP) sufficient to direct and evaluate agency-managed campaigns required* Familiarity with retail media metrics (unit sales, revenue, ROAS) and Amazon Vendor Central a plus* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously* Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or BI tools a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with agencies, e-commerce teams, and internal stakeholders* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in reporting and campaign execution • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThe pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $103,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
