Position Description:
The Account Manager - Amazon will support the growth and day-to-day operations of Blueair's business on Amazon Vendor Central across the US and CA marketplaces. This position ensures flawless retail execution, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency, supporting the Account Manager in delivering sales and profitability targets for Blueair.
We believe that we're better together. This role is based in Seattle and is hybrid, requiring applicants to live within commuting distance of the Seattle office and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.

Responsibilities
Vendor Operations & Account Management
  • Manage daily operations through Amazon Vendor Central, including PO/Sellout tracking, shortage disputes, chargeback recovery, and AVS communications.
  • Maintain operational compliance across all Vendor Central KPIs
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure consistent inventory availability and demand planning accuracy.
  • Review and resolve vendor scorecard issues and operational tickets in a timely manner.

Catalog & Content Management
  • Oversee product listings and data accuracy across all regions.
  • Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to optimize A+ content, imagery, and product copy in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor for suppressed or duplicate ASINs and ensure compliance with Amazon content standards.

Promotional Execution & Retail Planning
  • Support execution of Amazon promotions and events (e.g., Coupons, Best Deals, Prime Day, Holiday).
  • Ensure promotional pricing accuracy and proper COOP/MDF budget alignment.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) and internal dashboards.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform the Senior Account Manager's business reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) environments.
  • Understanding of Amazon 1P or 3P operations
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Excel; experience with ARA, Brand Registry, or BI dashboards preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: The base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
