What are the typical challenges faced by Amazon Pickers in meeting their rate targets, and how can they overcome them?

Amazon Pickers are often required to meet specific rate targets for picking items, which can be challenging due to factors such as varying item locations, the size and weight of products, and changes in order volume throughout shifts. Adapting to the fast pace, maintaining accuracy, and managing fatigue are common hurdles. To overcome these challenges, successful pickers focus on staying organized, following best practices for ergonomics, and communicating with supervisors about obstacles or inefficiencies in their workflow. Consistently meeting targets also involves being attentive to safety guidelines and making use of training resources provided by Amazon.
