Amazon Pickers are often required to meet specific rate targets for picking items, which can be challenging due to factors such as varying item locations, the size and weight of products, and changes in order volume throughout shifts. Adapting to the fast pace, maintaining accuracy, and managing fatigue are common hurdles. Consistently meeting targets also involves being attentive to safety guidelines and making use of training resources provided by Amazon.
