Key job responsibilities
- Cultivate a robust customer pipeline by showcasing how our solutions align with customer needs, and report on the status of the opportunity and progression.
- Provide strategic account influence and direction that helps customers implement solutions that solve industry-specific procurement challenges.
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
- Focus on automating service needs for customers, ensuring that customer service remains efficient, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs and expectations.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems
