Job description

At Amazon we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. As part of our efforts to expand Amazon Pharmacy, we are looking for a sourcing recruiter to join our Pharmacy Talent Acquisition team.
As a member of the Pharmacy TA team, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to hire the talent that powers our mission to make medication access simpler, more affordable, and more convenient for customers nationwide. This spans across pharmacy leadership, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and customer care hiring. You will own searches across multiple business lines, implement creative sourcing strategies to solve hiring challenges, and develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship building. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things top of funnel, including developing and driving talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and partnering with your recruiting business partners to identify the right talent.

These role can be based out of Nashville, TN, Seattle, WA, or Arlington, VA only.
Key job responsibilities
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
• Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position Amazon Pharmacy's mission and culture to prospective talent.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
• Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience managing candidates through recruitment lifecycles; from reach-out, assessment, preparation, negotiation and closing.
- Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experience
