Amazon Leo Enterprise Engineering Technology (ALEET) is seeking a Senior SAP Technical Program Manager ) to own and operate ERP systems critical to Amazon Leo's business operations. You will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA business processes spanning finance, procurement, project systems, and asset management while leading integration with Amazon Corporate systems at scale. This role requires defining product requirements, leading proof-of-concept efforts, and driving solutions through full delivery cycles including system integration testing, UAT, and stakeholder alignment

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, operates with high autonomy, and has a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, large-scale ERP programs in fast-paced environments with significant ambiguity. You will be expected to influence without authority, drive consensus across cross-functional teams, and escalate effectively to ensure delivery meets business-critical timelines.
Key job responsibilities
Own SAP end to end business processes and drive implementation including integration with Amazon Corporate systems.
Define and prioritize SAP product features and requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery
Drive product discussion vision, goals, tenets, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements, work with software development to build required features, clearly communicate dependencies and manage/track exceptions
Participate and lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirement
Active participation in Unit Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, and User Training
Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP S/4 HANA ERP functionality
Navigate ambiguity and drive consensus between cross-functional stakeholder groups
Demonstrate clear communication skills, communicating project status to a broad audience and be willing to follow appropriate escalation channels to ensure delivery as planned
