Job description

EZvacuum.com is a fast-growing e-commerce business specializing in vacuum cleaner parts, accessories, and supplies.

We are looking for a hands-on Order Fulfillment Associate who can manage daily order flow, ensure items are picked correctly, and coordinate replenishment when stock is low.

This is a responsibility-driven fulfillment role focused on accuracy, organization, and quick shipping — not a basic picker/packer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process daily e-commerce orders (Amazon, Shopify and similar)
  • Pick correct items from inventory and hand off to packing assistants
  • Ensure order accuracy before packing begins
  • Identify out-of-stock items and place same-day replenishment orders
  • Distinguish between small parts vs. large/bulky items and route accordingly
  • Organize picked orders for efficient packing and shipping
  • Maintain clean, logical inventory organization
  • Coordinate with packing staff to ensure same-day shipment cutoffs are met
  • Flag issues such as missing items, incorrect SKUs, or inventory discrepancies
  • Help improve fulfillment workflow and efficiency over time

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent memory
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse operations
  • Ability to quickly recognize and differentiate:
    • Small parts vs. large parts
    • Similar-looking SKUs
  • Comfortable working with order management systems (Shopify or similar)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under daily shipping deadlines
  • Dependable, punctual, and responsible
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting boxes as needed

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Prior supervisory or lead role in a warehouse or fulfillment center
  • Experience handling high-SKU-count inventory
  • Familiarity with shipping workflows (labels, carriers, cut-off times)
  • Experience placing vendor purchase orders

Why Join EZvacuum.com

  • Stable, growing e-commerce company
  • Hands-on role with real responsibility and growth potential
  • Fast-paced environment — no two days are the same
  • Opportunity to help shape fulfillment processes as the business scales

Schedule

  • Full-time, on-site
  • Monday–Friday (with occasional flexibility during peak periods)
  • Predictable schedule (huge value)
  • No weekends (or very limited)
  • Stable hours year-round
  • Casual work environment
  • Performance-based raises
  • Employee purchase discounts

This role does not currently include traditional benefits (insurance, PTO). Hourly pay is adjusted accordingly and reflects the responsibility of the position
