Does the challenge of troubleshooting and systematizing solutions for systems and processes that leverage automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies and robotics appeal to you. If so, we have the job for you!
We're looking to add a high-impact operations engineer to our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, monitor and innovate cost-effective solutions for our sortation and distribution systems.

Your projects vary across building type and Line of Business, adding a vital contribution to the end to end Ops engineering lifecycle.
You will work with a team of highly skilled and highly engaged engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. Our team works on hundreds of projects each year. You will be challenged; you will learn; you will work on high impact, high visibility projects; you will grow.
This role requires 50 - 70% regional travel and availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling

Candidates should either live near or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Relocation assistance may be provided.
Key job responsibilities
Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network through process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations.
Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.
Effective communication skills, ability to execute the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions.
