Bachelors Degree in IT or related subject.ย 
Minimum of five (5) years of management experience, managing staff of 5 or more people.ย 
Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience working in data center, production control environment.ย 
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with subcontract and stakeholder management.ย 
Experience managing and/or leading IT operations/help desk/support services department.ย 
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.ย
