Amazon Music is hiring a Sr Brand Manager to join our Artist Merchandise team. The Amazon Music Merchandise team is responsible for building a destination of official music merchandise and connecting fans and artists through merch. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day brand development of our strategic artist partners, delivering full-service coordination across creative services, apparel and accessory production, ecommerce and pop-up/events

This includes day to day management of event collection launches that are in line with the brand vision, drive revenue to the bottom line, and build great artist partnerships. The successful candidate should have experience pitching and managing artist and artist teams, developing business plans for artist retail merchandise collections, focus on revenue margin and driving significant top and bottom-line results, and managing multiple responsibilities, within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end brand development strategy for strategic artist partners, serving as the primary point of contact for artist teams and management
- Pitch, secure, and manage artist merchandise partnerships that drive mutual value for artists and the Amazon Music Merch business
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for artist retail merchandise collections, including revenue targets, margin goals, and growth strategies
- Lead full-service coordination across creative services, apparel and accessory production, ecommerce, and pop-up/live events
- Collaborate with creative directors and manufacturers to develop innovative, on-brand products that resonate with fan communities
- Manage day-to-day execution of event collection launches, ensuring alignment with brand vision while driving revenue to the bottom line
- Own P&L accountability for assigned artist partnerships with a focus on revenue margin optimization and delivering significant top and bottom-line results
- Leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions, identify growth opportunities, and measure collection performance
- Drive internal cross-team collaboration across creative, operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Identify and evaluate new artist partnership opportunities that align with the business's growth strategy.
