What You'll Do
Sol de Janeiro is seeking a Manager, Customer Supply Chain Collaboration - Amazon to own and scale day-to-day Amazon operational excellence while partnering on broader, enterprise-level initiatives across our Global Operations & Logistics (GOAL) organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the health, accuracy, and efficiency of Amazon operations in the U.S. and UK, while supporting cross-channel process improvements that extend across Amazon, DTC, and wholesale networks.
This position sits at the intersection of execution and ownership, maintaining operational rigor today while building scalable processes that support Sol de Janeiro's continued growth. The role partners closely with the Senior Manager / Director-level Amazon leadership and cross-functional teams including Finance, Planning, IT, Customer Experience, and 3PL partners.
What You'll Be Working On
Amazon Operations (Core Ownership)
  • Own day-to-day Amazon operational integrity across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, including account health, compliance, issue resolution, and inbound execution (U.S. and UK).
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient receipt of inventory into Amazon fulfillment networks; monitor and resolve receiving, inventory, and reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Own inventory control workflows and financial reconciliation in partnership with Finance, including variance analysis, SKU mapping accuracy, and reporting integrity.
  • Lead operational planning and execution for key Amazon retail moments (Holiday, Prime events, BFCM), ensuring inventory readiness and inbound alignment.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate inventory controls and ensure accurate inventory data across all systems.
Logistics, Planning & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and analyze logistics, warehousing, and carrier KPIs to ensure 3PL partners meet or exceed SLAs; support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending and executing solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Work closely with Planning to maintain appropriate stock levels across the Amazon catalog, support peak builds, and enable new product launches.
Enterprise Operations & Special Projects
  • Support Transfer Order (TO) lifecycle execution for Amazon & contribute to process standardization, accuracy, and reconciliation.
  • Support reverse logistics and returns optimization, assisting in the design, execution, and stabilization of removals and returns processes to reduce fees and inefficiencies.
  • Execute cross-channel operational pilots and process improvements (e.g., inbound optimization, palletization strategies, inventory evaluations), owning execution, tracking, and documentation against defined success metrics.
  • Support brand protection and compliance initiatives, including gray market monitoring, Transparency program workflows, and IP enforcement execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
  • Act as a central operational partner across Amazon, 3PLs, and internal teams owning escalations, driving resolution, and ensuring alignment.
  • Translate complex operational challenges into clear action plans and executive-ready communication.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support operational and strategic goals.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or marketplace environments.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, including inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and cost impact assessment.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and e-commerce fulfillment best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Experience with multi-channel fulfillment, transfer order processes, and reverse logistics.
  • Exposure to 3PL operations and warehouse networks.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP, and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or consumer goods industries.
