Job Details
  • Location: Whitewater, Wisconsin

  • Shift: 3rd Shift

  • Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

  • Employment: Full-time, hourly, non-exempt

  • Work arrangement: Onsite

About the Role

Keep production supplied with the right materials at the right time.

As a Material Handler on 3rd shift, you will move and stage materials, operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment, update inventory transactions, and deliver materials to production work centers. You will also support equipment used to prepare materials for production, including dryers, grinders, and color feeders.

Your attention to safety, accuracy, and timing will help prevent production delays and keep the Whitewater facility running efficiently.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver raw materials to production work centers accurately and on time

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely

  • Move, weigh, stage, stock, and issue materials used in production

  • Inspect materials for damage and verify that items are properly labeled and packaged

  • Use JDE, RFS, RF scanners, and related systems to record inventory movements

  • Support material-preparation equipment such as dryers, grinders, and color feeders

  • Complete inventory counts and help reconcile inventory differences

  • Transport materials and products safely to and from the production floor

  • Communicate material shortages, damaged products, and inventory concerns

  • Identify opportunities to improve material flow, accuracy, safety, and efficiency

  • Complete other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of relevant material handling, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience

  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment

  • Basic computer skills, including experience entering or retrieving inventory information

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Ability to follow work instructions and maintain accurate records

  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to work the complete 3rd-shift schedule onsite in Whitewater
