Amazon's Middle Mile is looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager

In this role, you own the cost optimization and pricing control strategy of Amazon's Middle Mile Maintenance Program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with technical teams, managing stakeholders and customers, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and delivering strong results. They will be responsible for developing and executing cost optimization initiatives, managing pricing agreements with vendors, and driving spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet.

This person must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive projects forward with minimal guidance. They must be able to think strategically, yet execute methodically to deliver to the highest standards. This person has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to varied audiences.
