As an Amazon Connect Lead / Senior Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions and service offerings using the latest AWS CX-oriented technology. You will collaborate with project and program managers, providing them with the necessary support and tools to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations. The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $175,000 (may go higher) plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
