SUMMARY

The Men's Locker Room Attendant ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for Members and guests. This position is responsible for daily cleanliness, restocking, Member service, and maintaining the locker room's overall presentation. The role also supports a limited food and beverage component, including but not limited to the preparation and service of items from the beverage cart. This position may also require providing shuttle service therefore, candidates must be 25 years of age or older and able to meet the Club's driver eligibility requirements. A keen eye for detail and excellent service are key to success in this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Locker Room Cleanliness & Deep Cleaning

  • Service and maintain shower stalls after each use and ensure overall cleanliness of locker room facilities.
  • Inspect shower curtains daily; replace or send soiled curtains to the Laundry Department as needed.
  • Wipe and clean toilets and urinals as necessary throughout the day.
  • Empty all trash receptacles throughout the locker room and restroom areas.
  • Ensure showers are stocked with fresh soap and washcloths.

Daily Floor Care & Maintenance

  • Perform daily floor maintenance including sweeping, dust mopping, and vacuuming area rugs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of entryways and stairwells.
  • Use a leaf blower to clear debris from paths, lower terrace area and front lawn side pathways.

Restocking Amenities

  • Transport all dirty towels to the Laundry Department.
  • Re-stock towel racks and cabinets with fresh, clean towels.
  • Organize and replenish grooming products at sink stations.
  • Ensure adequate toilet paper and restroom supplies are maintained throughout the facility.

Facility Upkeep & Presentation

  • Polish brass railings.
  • Clean and maintain lower terrace furniture and surrounding areas; increase frequency during events as necessary.
  • Set out seat cushions for events and Member gatherings.

Shoe Care Services

  • Provide shoe care services for Members including cleaning and polishing both golf and dress shoes.

Laundry & Member Services

  • Deliver Member laundry bags to the Laundry Department.

Food & Beverage Support

  • Assist with beverage service by retrieving drinks from the Log Bar as requested.
  • Support the beverage cart by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and proper stocking of items as needed.

Shuttle Service

  • Provide shuttle service for Members and guests when required, following all Club safety and driving policies.
  • Provide shuttle transportation for visa program team members between employee housing and the Club. Including weekly grocery store trips throughout the season.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 25 years or older to operate Club vehicles.
  • Clear drivers background check with valid drivers license.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal hours.
  • Following guidance and direction from senior management effectively, efficiently, and appropriately.

SKILLS

  • Ability to operate Club vehicle safely and responsibly.
  • Organizational and planning skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours consistently).
  • Availability and understanding that the position often requires hours in excess of a standard workweek (40-50 hours).
