Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Content Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing. Their primary role will be to support the D2C Channel Marketing Manager in executing the FY27 direct-to-consumer growth plan across Amazon via our marketplace partner, house account programs, and the trade show lead engine. While the Manager owns strategy, channel performance, partner governance, and revenue accountability, this role is responsible for keeping the initiatives moving day-to-day through disciplined campaign execution, content coordination, CRM administration, reporting support, and follow-through across internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will support the overall goals of the global marketing team.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside marketing systems, spreadsheets, content workflows, and account lists. The right candidate can take direction from the Manager, translate priorities into action, and ensure campaigns, assets, follow-ups, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
This position requires experience in social media across all channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms relevant to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL SUPPORT
Amazon / Marketplace Partner Execution Support
  • Support the D2C Channel Marketing Manager with Amazon listing improvement projects, A+ content updates, product detail accuracy checks, catalog expansion tracking, and creative asset coordination.
  • Help prepare Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review materials by gathering inputs, updating trackers, summarizing performance data, and documenting follow-up actions.
  • Monitor assigned Amazon and marketplace partner action items, including SKU launch status, asset needs, promotion timing, data requests, and issue escalation.
  • Assist with competitive research, marketplace trend monitoring, product positioning inputs, and off-Amazon traffic campaign support.

ActiveCampaign / CRM Program Support
  • Build, QA, schedule, and maintain email campaigns and automation components under the Manager's direction, including win-back, onboarding, nurture, event follow-up, sunset, and cross-sell programs.
  • Maintain account segmentation, contact lists, tags, suppression lists, and data hygiene for the house account and trade show lead programs.
  • Draft and route campaign copy, subject lines, landing page inputs, and creative requests for review and approval.
  • Track campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, deliverability, unsubscribes, form submissions, and lead movement through defined workflows.

House Account & Trade Show Lead Support
  • Support execution of account outreach programs for active, lapsed, and net-new direct accounts by preparing lists, templates, follow-up tasks, and campaign reports.
  • Assist with trade show lead processing, including badge-scan imports, list cleanup, segmentation, email cadence setup, and 48-hour follow-up tracking.
  • Help ensure the Day 1 / 5 / 14 / 30 / 45 lead cadence is built, tested, scheduled, and monitored across the five target verticals.
  • Document campaign learnings, lead quality notes, and follow-up outcomes so the Manager can refine the program and report progress upstream.

Additional support for the global marketing team as needed:
  • Regular website updates across our two internal websites - ability to create content quick and effectively and make updates as needed
  • Assistance managing marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with overall social media strategy and execution
  • Support content production needs for email, web, landing pages, Amazon listings, social amplification, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or a related field or relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, or campaign execution experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web, social, digital advertising, e-commerce, or customer nurture programs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with a CRM or email marketing platform such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage trackers, timelines, details, follow-ups, and competing priorities without losing accuracy.
  • Comfort working with performance data, spreadsheets, campaign metrics, and basic reporting summaries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for marketing communications, emails, product copy, and internal updates.
  • Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Product, and external partner teams.
  • General understanding of shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Proven experience building brands on social media platforms with specific emphasis/experience with LinkedIn.

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience supporting Amazon marketplace activity, Seller Central, third-party marketplace partners, product listings, A+ content, or paid marketplace campaigns.
  • Experience with trade show lead follow-up, badge-scan processing, lead nurture, or event-based email campaigns.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, safety products, tactical medicine, emergency medicine, industrial safety, or other regulated/specialty categories.
  • Familiarity with SEO, landing page updates, Google Analytics, web content management, digital campaign reporting, or paid media terminology.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You are a strong executor. You like turning strategy into tasks, tasks into finished work, and finished work into measurable results.
  • You are highly organized. You keep clean trackers, clear deadlines, accurate lists, and documented next steps.
  • You are comfortable in the details. You notice broken links, missing assets, inconsistent naming, data issues, and campaign errors before they become problems.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively. You raise risks early, ask good questions, and keep the Manager informed without waiting to be chased.
  • You are collaborative and service-minded. You can work with creative, commercial, technical, and operational teams to keep work moving.
  • You care about the mission. You understand that strong marketing execution helps put life-saving products into the hands of the people who need them.
