Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and expand enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role involves administering Windows servers, cloud platforms, networking, DevOps tools, and enterprise applications while ensuring the security, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Windows Server administration, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure optimization in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
  • Support, maintain, and expand enterprise server and cloud infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
  • Coordinate server configuration, deployment, and administration across multiple technical teams.
  • Monitor enterprise systems and applications to ensure optimal security, performance, and availability.
  • Analyze infrastructure performance and recommend hardware and software upgrades.
  • Configure and maintain network services, including TCP/IP, DNS, file sharing, firewalls, and system connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot server, infrastructure, middleware, and application issues while coordinating vendor support when necessary.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Create, manage, and maintain Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Configure and administer Azure DevOps organizational settings.
  • Support application deployment, hosting, and cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Deploy, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to support enterprise applications and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional infrastructure and systems administration duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5–8 years of experience in information systems engineering, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems operations, maintenance, and administration.
  • 2–3 years of Windows Server administration (Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022).
  • 2–3 years of IIS Administration.
  • 2–3 years of experience with networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, NTFS permissions, and file sharing.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience administering AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience configuring and managing Azure DevOps projects, repositories, and pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or other public cloud providers.
  • Experience administering Microsoft enterprise technologies.
  • Experience supporting middleware technologies including:
    • API Management
    • IT Service Automation
    • Batch Processing Services
  • Experience supporting enterprise application hosting environments.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional IT environments.
