Join Amazon Global Logistics as a Shipper Performance Coach and drive innovation in our transportation and logistics network. In this pivotal role, you'll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver exceptional service to millions of customers worldwide.

As a Shipper Performance Coach, you'll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. You'll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or vendor/partner management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends to support shipper partners across time zones
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Experience coaching, training, or managing performance of external vendors or partners
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, or advanced Excel
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with competing priorities
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
