This selective program is designed for business minded professionals who are ready to move beyond traditional management roles and step into full operational leadership within healthcare.

Ideal candidates include MBA graduates, business majors, and proven operations leaders from retail, logistics, hospitality, and other high-accountability environments.


Program Overview

The Healthcare Operations Leadership Program is an intensive 4–6 month Administrator in Training (AIT) experience that prepares participants to lead a skilled nursing facility as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

Participants receive direct, hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and regulatory components of post-acute care leadership.

During the program, you will develop experience in:

  • Skilled nursing facility operations
  • Healthcare P&L management and budgeting
  • Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Census development and growth strategy
  • Department and team leadership
  • Multi-facility operational exposure
  • Executive-level decision support

You will train directly with experienced Nursing Home Administrators and senior leadership.


Compensation and Career Path

Program Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually

Upon successful completion of the program and state licensure, Administrators typically receive:

  • Base salary of $100,000 or more (varies by location and facility size) plus profit sharing
  • High-performing Administrators may significantly increase total earnings through profit sharing

  • Willingness to relocate within state for final Administrator placement if needed (relocation support provided when applicable)
  • Strong business and financial acumen

Advancement in the program is contingent upon successful completion of licensure requirements.


State Licensure Overview

Candidates must meet Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements in Wisconsin or Tennessee, including:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • State-approved AIT program
  • Passing NAB and state examinations
