Job description

Headquartered in the United States, TP-Link Systems Inc. is a leading global provider of networking devices and smart home products. Consistently ranked as the world's top provider of Wi-Fi devices, TP-Link is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that improve people's lives by offering faster, more reliable connectivity. Serving customers in over 170 countries, we are committed to expanding our global footprint.
At TP-Link Systems Inc., we believe that technology has the power to transform the world for the better. Our mission is to design reliable, high-performance products that connect users worldwide to the limitless possibilities of technology.
We are driven by our core values of professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity. Our goal is to help clients achieve outstanding global performance and to provide consumers with a seamless, effortless technology experience.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our B2B Marketing team and help shape how a fast-growing global brand shows up across the U.S. market. In this role, you'll create the visual assets that drive our business, including sales flyers, Amazon A+ content, trade show displays, email campaigns, and product imagery, translating marketing goals into polished, on-brand design.

The ideal candidate is a strong all-around designer with a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and detail, who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We especially value designers who are curious about emerging tools, including AI, and look for smarter, more efficient ways to elevate their work and the team's output. While TP-Link has made its global mark, it's still a relatively new brand in the U.S., so this is a rare opportunity to directly influence the success of our business.

What you'll be doing
Develop channel-specific creative assets for the B2B Channel Marketing team, including sales flyers and co-branded materials tailored to reseller and enterprise audiences.

Design Amazon A+ content that adheres to Amazon's module specifications, optimizes for conversion, and maintains visual consistency across the product catalog

Design and build responsive marketing emails in Mailchimp, ensuring they display well across devices and email clients

Create social media graphics tailored to platform best practices, primarily for LinkedIn and Reddit, supporting B2B brand awareness

Produce trade show booth graphics, banners, and display materials that communicate brand identity and product value propositions in high-impact environments

Create website visual assets including homepage banner, product imagery, landing page graphics, and digital ad creatives sized and optimized for multiple platforms and placements

Optimize presentation decks (PPT) for internal stakeholders, ensuring a polished, on-brand visual narrative

Translate marketing briefs into compelling layouts by applying strong principles of composition, typographic hierarchy, color, and visual balance, from initial concept to final delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and internal designers to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and business objectives

Prepare and deliver print-ready files with proper bleed, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB) per vendor and production requirements

Maintain organized asset libraries and file systems to support efficient project handoffs and version control across ongoing campaigns

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

BFA degree in graphic design or related field 3-5 years of graphic design experience preferred

A strong online portfolio is required, demonstrating work from concept through final implementation

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with attention to detail in typesetting, color, and image treatment; familiarity with Figma is a plus

Strong compositing skills in Photoshop, with the ability to create realistic product family shots, combining multiple products into cohesive scenes with accurate lighting, shadows, and perspective

Strong understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance

Experience planning and implementing branding and visual standards

Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines

A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works well across departments

Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and run with projects independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into design workflows is a plus, including exploring and evaluating emerging AI tools, automating repetitive design tasks, and applying AI-driven techniques to enhance visual output quality and production efficiency.
