Job Description

The Opportunity: 

The Amazon Media Intern will support the EMEA Regional Amazon Media team in executing media operations across multiple brands and markets. The role is essential to ensuring timely delivery of media initiatives, Brand Store management, campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, allowing the Media Managers to focus on strategic planning, optimization, and stakeholder management.

Working closely with regional teams, agencies, Amazon, and cross-functional partners, the intern will help bridge operational execution needs that are not covered by other teams and contribute to delivering best-in-class media activation across the EMEA region.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Media Operations & Campaign Execution

  • Support media campaign planning and execution across EMEA markets.
  • Coordinate campaign setup with agencies and Amazon teams, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Validate media briefs and ensure all required product and campaign information is available prior to campaign launch.
  • Track campaign timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Amazon Brand Stores

  • Support the maintenance, optimization, and regular refresh of Amazon Brand Stores across key brands.
  • Coordinate with agencies to implement new creative assets, seasonal updates, and product launches.
  • Ensure Brand Stores remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with business priorities.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare recurring media performance reports and dashboards.
  • Support campaign analysis, identify trends, and consolidate performance insights.
  • Monitor campaign execution and assist Media Managers with optimization recommendations.

Competitive & Market Analysis

  • Maintain competitor tracking and benchmarking across EMEA markets.
  • Update master tracking files for brands, products, and media activities.
  • Conduct keyword reviews to support local media relevance and search performance.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as a key operational point of contact between the Media team, GTM, agencies, Amazon, eCommerce, and Brand teams.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring media readiness and asset availability.
  • Collaborate with licensors (Disney, Universal, WWE, etc.) to coordinate approved products and creative assets for campaigns and Brand Stores.

Operational Support

  • Maintain media trackers, documentation, and project management tools.
  • Support administrative and coordination activities required to ensure efficient delivery across multiple brands and categories.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of media processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For: 

  • A student/graduate of Marketing, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable degree program
  • Ideally, already gained some initial experience in Media, Marketing or Sales
  • Strong English language skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. An additional European language is an advantage.
  • A communicative and open-minded person who is quick to understand new topics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Work independently and reliably
