Employees may be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, tracking shipments, and maintaining compliance with transportation regulations. The job can involve working with Amazon’s freight network, including Amazon Relay, which connects carriers with available loads.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in Amazon Freight?

To thrive in an Amazon Freight role, you need strong logistics knowledge, attention to detail, and familiarity with supply chain procedures, usually supported by experience in transportation or warehouse operations. Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), basic data entry tools, and possibly a commercial driver's license (CDL) for driver-specific positions is often required.
