Develop a comprehensive plan for migrating near real time Fraud campaigns from on prem to AWS.
• Set up an event-driven architecture to process inbound dialer data (fraud events) leveraging services such as Event bridge and Kafka.
• Build integrations between Customer Profiles and Messaging platform to trigger Customer profiles updates automatically.
• Develop solutions to automate fraud calls to clients based on changes to Customer Profiles.
• Optimize architecture for scalability, reliability and cost-effectiveness and ensure data integrity and security throughout the process.
• Conduct testing of entire framework to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Deploy and manage resources using CI/CD pipelines
• Continuously monitor and optimize performance post-deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture and processes.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in AWS Services (Lambda, S3, Event Bridge, Amazon Connect...).
