Job description

The Key for Business Salesforce Team is looking for a smart, motivated, and hard-working Salesforce Administrator to help develop and maintain a Salesforce instance supporting Amazon Key For Business teams. In this role you will be responsible for supporting core application functionality as well as new development for our global user base. You will use your business judgement and technical experience to design and build compelling new products for thousands of internal customers in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key job responsibilities
Own some technical aspects of the Amazon Key For Business Salesforce instance such as integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange products.
Manage configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.
Partner with other system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
Manage Salesforce support requests and any escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
